Collectively, the teams played in 59 tournament matches, notching 38 wins, 15 losses and six draws. As a group, these winning teams scored 114 goals and let in just 52 in some of the most competitive tournaments on the Eastern seaboard.

A month later they were Semi-Finalists at the Capital Fall Classic, where two of the team's players were singled out as "Players That Impressed" by a vote of coaches and team administrators at that event. Forward Sydney Kim was praised for her "technique, awareness, IQ and decision making" while midfielder Molly Cripe scored a goal from 20 yards out that "used balance, skill and aim that Thierry Henry would be proud of." Herndon Youth Soccer's Storm 99 team, coached by Total Futbol Assistant Director Todd Hamlin, were Champions twice this past Fall: They handily won the Girls U16 Green bracket at Discovery Cup, winning four consecutive games and scoring ten goals versus one allowed; A month later, they claimed the Girls U16 Catoctin bracket title at the prestigious Bethesda Premier Cup, posting two wins and one loss, scoring seven goals and conceding just two.
