We recognize that soccer is a global game, made up of many different styles and backgrounds. At TF, we do our best to provide a staff that is diversified in it’s history so the players and teams we work with can gain a truly global understanding of the game.
Nadir is the Director of Total Futbol. He grew up playing soccer in Northern Virginia and then continued at James Madison University. Nadir has a proven track record of success with individual and team development, including the nationally ranked CYA Firecats who have been champions of Division 1 WAGS and played in the past two Virginia State Cup Final Fours. He currently holds a USSF “B” License as well as a NSCAA Regional Goalkeeping Diploma. Nadir is a staff coach for the Washington Freedom Super Y teams. Todd Hamlin – Todd grew up playing soccer in the Chantilly, Virginia area. He played at George Mason University and began coaching during his time there. An excellent technical instructor, Todd has had success at the very highest levels, leading a U19 boys team to a first-place finish in the extremely competitive NCSL Division 1. He also spent two seasons as a very successful high school coach at WT Woodson HS as the Junior Varsity Head Coach, guiding his team to an undefeated first-place district record in his second year there. He currently holds a USSF "C" License as well as a NSCAA Regional Goalkeeping Diploma. Todd is also a Staff Coach with VYSA and the ODP program. Karl Gibbons - Karl grew up playing soccer in Costa Rica. A gifted coach and exceptional player, Karl played for Hartwick College and played professionally for Regensburg FC (Germany), Salzburg (Austria), and Northern Virginia Royals. He currently holds a USSF "C" License as well as a NSCAA Regional Goalkeeping Diploma. Karl is also a Staff Coach with VYSA and the ODP program. Eric Dougnaglo - Eric grew up playing soccer in France. His skills led him to play professionally in France with A.S. Red Star and U.S. Palaiseau. He has also played locally with the Northern Virginia Royals. As a coach, Eric led his Great Falls Lightning from Division 3 to Division 1 WAGS in two years. He currently holds a USSF 'D' License. Jared Hyman - Jared grew up playing soccer in Bethesda, Maryland and continued at UMBC. As a goalkeeper, Jared led the US Maccabi Team to a bronze medal in the European Maccabi games. Not only is he an excellent goalkeeper trainer, he has also trained and coached several youth travel teams in the Northern Virginia area. He currently holds a USSF "B" License as well as both a NSCAA National Goalkeeping and National Youth License. Shaddy Moumen - Shaddy grew up playing in the Northern Virginia area and is currently playing on the George Mason club team. He currently holds a USSF "D" License as well as a NSCAA Regional Goalkeeping Diploma. JOIN OUR STAFF: |
