Fabio Vicente grew up playing soccer in Brazil. He is currently pursuing his USSF "D" License and holds his National Youth License along with an International “A” License from the CBF (Brazil).

Coaching Experience

He joined Total Futbol in 2015 and currently works as Head Coach for the MSI Academy 05G Bronze team.

His coaching career began in 2000 and spans two continents. Fabio has extensive experience coaching in the DC area, including a number of NCSL and WAGS teams as well as directing summer and winter camps and clinics. He coached in Brazil with Clube de Regatas Flamengo during 2014-2015. He currently serves as Assistant Coach for Washington Adventist University's Varsity Womens Soccer team.

Playing Experience

In addition to his extensive coaching experience, Fabio brings an extensive amount of playing experience at both the professional and amateur level.  He has represented his country as a fustal player, and played for storied clubs such as Vasco de Gama and Botafogo in his native Brazil. He played soccer collegiately at the University of DC and represented the Baltimore Blast, Maryland Tigers, and Dulles A.C. on the indoor soccer circuit. During the 2015-16 season, he played professionally for Sporting Maryland FC in the Major League Futsal USA. 

Fabio has completed the Positive Coaching Alliance License and holds a post-graduate degree in Sports Management.
